A slow focused movement practice to build flexibility
in body & mind. Suitable for all.


Tuesday 8:00-8:45 a.m. BreatheMeditate

A quiet seated breathing practise to clear your mind, & to help your lungs stay healthy. Suitable for all.


Wednesday 12:45-1:30 p.m. SpaciousEase

Designed to stretch and move the spine, torso and limbs
to create spaciousness and mobility. Suitable for all,
particularly if you find you’re spending a lot more time sitting down in uncomfortable chairs at the moment.

Thursday 8:00-8:45 a.m. BreatheMeditate

A quiet seated practise which has a focus on calming your nervous system. Suitable for all.


Thursday 7:45-8:45 p.m. EaseIntoCalm

A practise designed to stretch your body, calm your mind,
and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Suitable for all.


Saturday 5-6:30 p.m. PauseBreatheRestore Restorative Yoga

A style of yoga using props to support the body,
creating a calm space for your body and nervous system to relax completely, nourishing your body, mind & spirit. Suitable for all.

Group Class Prices

All classes at this time are at a reduced price of £8 per session, if bought individually.

Packages of 10 classes are available for £65.
Classes to be completed within 12 weeks of purchase date.

Classes for NHS workers are free.
If you find yourself in financial difficulties at this time, as so many of us do, please get in touch with me and together we’ll figure out a way for you to continue with your practice.

  1. Email me to book

  2. I’ll send you details to register for the class along with payment details

  3. Once you register, you’ll receive a link to join the class

  4. 5-10 minutes before the class starts click on this link to join the class

  5. Create a quiet space for your mat & props, set up your device so you can see your screen from your mat, and so I can see you and your mat

  6. Settle in your space and wait for class to start and the goodness to unfold :-)

 It’s wonderful for us to be able to continue with our practise in this way, and I’ll be offering options and modifications which will make the practise suitable for all levels. Please be aware that you are responsible for yourself, to practise safely and wisely in these classes, and to assess whether the practise you have chosen to do is suitable for you at the time of practising. I encourage you to trust in yourself and your body.
