KATE C Estella has a very peaceful aura, which makes me feel at ease. Something I love about her style of teaching is she really takes notice of everyone in the class, and her observations have made me more aware of my body and more confident in my own practice. She has helped me to dial down from running around at a million miles an hour, to take time to slow down and feel connected with myself. I come away from her classes feeling a lovely stream of energy and sense of calm in my body and mind.

MICHELE C As part of my journey back to full health after surgery for bowel cancer I practised 1-2-1 restorative yoga with Estella. These classes were wonderful. Together we helped heal my body from the trauma and after effects of surgery, and my mind from the shock of being told I had cancer. She was kind, gentle, and put so much thought and effort into each class. Estella’s classes made my recovery much easier and I felt so positive moving forward. I continue to practice restorative yoga in Estella’s group and 1-2-1 classes.

LYDIA S I always enjoy my yoga practice with Estella - the calming restorative yoga classes, as well as the active classes. Each one allows me to explore what feels comfortable for me that day, always bettering my posture and practice. During lockdown, I’ve enjoyed Estella’s teaching via Zoom, and convinced my husband, who is a complete beginner, to join me. Estella is able to create classes which work for us both and still retain her ability to support our practice despite our virtual participation, whilst also delivering her calming and nourishing guidance.
I’ve run two marathons in the past few years, and Estella’s yoga teaching has helped to strengthen and stretch my muscles to complement my running training. After my last marathon, I was fortunate to enjoy a 1 2 1 class which soothed my aching leg muscles, and helped me to feel stretched and restored.

INGER N Estella is a warm, caring and inspirational teacher. Her classes are varied and accessible, and have helped me become stronger and more flexible. As a big bonus, I can now sit comfortably on the mat for far longer!

I had been a casual participant in yoga for many years prior to meeting Estella, but she has shone a light on how I can practice and feel real benefit. As well as the 1-2-1 Hatha yoga sessions, I’ve also had the pleasure & benefits of her Restorative Yoga teaching.
I have a minor sacral joint issue, and working with Estella has made this so much better, not only that but I also feel a real difference throughout my entire body. To say that Estella has brought me to look at yoga in a different way is an understatement. I cannot recommend her more highly, I truly think she is special and being taught by her is something I look forward to as it is a gift.
